At CLOISH, each product is made to order, just for you. Because of that, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for things like ordering the wrong size or changing your mind.
However, if your item arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, we’ll make it right — just follow the steps below.
🛠 What qualifies for a free replacement or refund?
- The product arrives misprinted, damaged, or has a clear manufacturing defect
- Your package gets lost in transit
- You received the wrong item or size (compared to your order)
📩 Email us at hello@cloish.com within 30 days of receiving the item (or within 30 days of the expected delivery date if lost).
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short explanation of what went wrong
📦 What about returns?
We do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Why? Each piece is made just for you — we don’t hold inventory. Returned items that aren’t claimed or reshipped are donated to charity after 30 days.
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Wrong shipping address? If the address entered was incorrect, you’ll need to cover the reshipment cost.
- Unclaimed packages will be returned and can be resent at your cost.
- Face masks and other sealed items are final sale due to hygiene reasons.
